Sawtelle Stories is a series of talks about the past, present, and future of Sawtelle Japantown and Japanese American culture. The program will feature panels of speakers who share their stories and experiences about Sawtelle Japantown.
Our hope is that Sawtelle Stories helps people think more about Sawtelle Japantown and give them ideas about how to help create other cultural and educational programs that will help the community to continue to exist and evolve in the future.
Sawtelle Stories is a collaboration between the Sawtelle Japantown Association and Nikkei Student Union students from various universities.
